I’ve been in Boot Camp for about 4 months now.  I was bordering between sizes 8 and 10 when I started and now am easily a size 8 with wiggle room in that.  I see a difference in myself---physically, I can see muscle definition I’ve never seen before and my endurance is much higher.  Mentally, I find myself for the first time in my 37 years wanting to go to class, feeling like I can do much more than I’ve ever thought, and just overall feeling better about myself.  The best part for me is that there is no boredom—with the circuit and the changes every week, we are always doing something different which is huge for me.  Plus, I find Kevin to be motivating without being overbearing.  He’s not obnoxious about pushing you, but yet he does it and I find I am able to do those few more reps or add some more weight like he knew I could.  It is truly the first time I’ve looked forward to my workouts and the best part is I am seeing and feeling a difference!

Life before KP Fitness Boot Camp consisted of a full day's work (usually more hours than normal), coming home, once in a while going to a gym if I could gather the energy to get back in the car and go.  Most of the time, coming home, working a bit more, ordering out for dinner because I had no energy to cook and then crashing asleep from being tired and stressed. 
 
I was skeptical about a couple of things.  The first was thinking I could not keep up with the program (boot camp is kind of a scary term because you think of Armed Services like training).  The second thing was that it would be just like all the other types of exercise programs I tried.  I would get bored and quit and it would be a waste of money.
 
The results from the program have been incredible.  My strength has improved significantly.  Exercise recovery time has significantly improved.  I am better able to deal with day to day stress.  I have more energy.  And to boot, I am fitting and looking better in my clothes (weight loss).  I am finally in a program I can stick with because it's challenging, rewarding and fun!
 
Life now, although busy with adding 3 nights a week exercise into it, is much better.  I feel better about myself, I like what I see when I look in the mirror, I have more energy a higher confidence level and something to look forward to each week. Our team is great and we have really formed better friendships because of it.  I will be in fitness boot camp as long as you are running it.  It's hands down the best exercise program I have been a part of. Thanks for all you do to keep it interesting and keep us going.
